Once a Patient has been issued their unique biometric identifier, all subsequent encounters with their Doctor, Hospital and Pharmacy will be initiated via their biometric credentials. Thereafter, no more forms to fill-out and every encouter with their medical provider is tracked on their smart card.
Once a Patient links their biometric identifier to their Biometric Smart Card and their credit facility, they are now able to pay for (adjudicate) their healthcare services received at the point of care. This is especially handy for Consumers who are part of a HDHP (High-deductable Health Plan). All QME's (qualified medical expenses) are logged, encrypted and tracked via their Biometric Smart Card.
